Terms of Service

As-salāmu ʿalaykum, and welcome to Sunnah Library. These terms cover how you use our website and buy from us. When you place an order, you're agreeing to them, so please give them a quick read.

Who we are
Sunnah Library is based in Western Australia. You can reach us any time at [sunnahlibraryau@gmail.com].

Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. If we've listed something at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before processing your order. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you get our confirmation email. If a book turns out to be out of stock, we'll let you know straight away. You can wait for it, swap it for another book, or get a refund.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for anything done through your account.

Our content
The text, photos and branding on this site belong to Sunnah Library. Book covers and titles belong to their publishers. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking first.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control.

Privacy
We only use your details to process and deliver your orders, and to email you if you've signed up. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
